The 60 minute workout is a great way to get in shape and improve your overall fitness. This workout is intense and will challenge you, but it is also a lot of fun. The best part is that you can do it anywhere, and it only takes 60 minutes.

The 60 minute workout consists of six different exercises, which are repeated three times. The exercises are,

1. Jumping Jacks.

2. Mountain Climbers.

3. Burpees.

4. Push-Ups.

5. Crunches.

6. Squats.

To start the workout, perform 10 jumping jacks. Then, move on to mountain climbers and do 10 reps. Next, do 10 burpees. After that, do 10 push-ups. Follow that with 10 crunches, and then do 10 squats. Repeat the entire circuit two more times.
